John Edwards is intelligent and generally well-spoken, but I just can't get over the tone of his voice and his accent. Remember when Mary Hart's (of Entertainment Tonight fame) laughter would cause seizures? Well, Edwards' voice doesn't do that to me, but there is something just not right about it.
